He's opening a 2,800-square-foot restaurant in the Village at Greenwich development near 21st Street North and Greenwich.
Harb hoped to be open there by now, but delays with the construction of a mixed-use strip center pushed the project back.
Locating in the Village at Greenwich places the restaurant in the heart of a growing area of Wichita, with more retailers and houses being added all the time.
"It's got all the pieces for success," Harb says.
He is targeting opening near the end of July. Meddys will employ about 20 people.
"We're in the final stages of working with the architects and engineers," Harb says.
Confederated Builders Inc. is the general contractor.
Harb, the founder and owner of Ribbit Computers, says the success of the first Meddys led to the decision to open a second location.
Harb opened his first Meddys in the fall of 2014.
The restaurant, serving fast casual Mediterranean fare, is located at 7906 E. Harry, near Harry and Rock Road.
Harb also is a Golden Corral franchisee.
He opened his first store in 2014 in Raymore, Mo.
